No, this is not me. Yes, this will be the future me. I admit that I allowed my figure to degrade and have been getting worse for these few months, but office work simply drains too much life out of me. The moment I get home, all I can think of is a good rest of either watching TV or using the computer.
However, I have set out with determination, and will be putting my plan into action, starting february. Be sure to keep coming back regularly, will be posting effects of the routine on my body and changes that I might make to the routine.
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Sundays
-Chest & Triceps, Biceps & Back in the morning
-Shower, rest
-Shoulder, Lat, Abs in the night
Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays
-5km jog along East Coast till Bedok Jetty to and fro in the morning
-Shower, rest
-Fitness corner's parallel bars, pull-ups and crunches
So practically I'll be hitting the gym every alternate day, and working out every day. Make up for lost time as well as to improve more rapidly. Of course, with such a fast-paced daily routine, the right diet has to be there.
-I've having cashew nuts or peanuts for snacks.
-Protein shake as well as L-Arginine & other Amino Acids Pill.
-Mass food intake with protein being the focus
-No more night life and staying up late, or very seldom and rare occasions.

Anyway, attachment is nearly over. I can't wait for it to be. Soooo sick and tired of everybody here. Sucking my inspiration and all through and through. I'm so looking forward to my last stretch of holidays before I hit NS, and then embark on my long-term business plan bit by bit.
But I'm actually thinking of getting back to Studio Wu for dance lessons. Craving for them ever since I left them. Shall see how things are, financially for me. Anybody wants to go with me? Lol.
