Aight I'm back for another post. I've got a topic from my loyal fan so this is more or less for her, and maybe to those who're looking for something to relate to yourselves. Anyway I just hit my elbow on some corner and it hurts like hell. LOL. Back to the part about status, here's the deal.
Status, refers to the relative social, profession or other standing of someone or something. Yes you got that right, it is a definition taken straight off the racks of Dictionary.com.The point is, do you really understand the definition?
Let's hit on social. It involves your image in society's eyes, how you appear to others, how other people see you as, or even judge on you. It will be quite general so I'll just touch in the area of relationship. Here's the thing. Relationship started on the basis of love. Okay and maybe trust. The feeling between the two of you, and just being happy together, doing what you guys like. One may think, what a relationship would become of if it was without status. The fact is, it is still a relationship.
Back ages ago, people started dating, and there were no such thing as a relationship. They were just together, or not. they don't have statuses like girlfriends or boyfriends. It was just pure 'we both feel good towards each other'. Yet of course, for those who feel insecure about being bluffed that there actually is an invisible relationship between the two of you, either you trust it, or ask the other to prove it, while reciprocating the act. PROVIDED, you're both single, and not seeing others. By 'seeing' I mean 'dating' or 'flirting' or whatever you call that, while being 'single'.
In nowadays society, that really is not always the case. Cases of playboys and girls fooling around and stuff, lying to the other party so they will get the best of both worlds. Not that I mean that every single time it will be like this, but to play safe, people always tend to believe that the former is true. Somehow they always provide and release the most attractive charm and get your attention, and in a way slowly eat away your heart bit by bit. So if you're fighting against someone who is in a relationship, of the so-called 'status' with who you want to be with, make sure it's a winning one. There are always unseen factors, such as the heart's instability, and the need for confirmation. What one can do, is to just wait for time to prove it.
No guarantees, but try your best. Be there and make sure you are there for them more than their partners were there for them, and that you want them anytime, anywhere and in any way, broken-hearted or shattered. Yes you're a tough backstage crew, and you might never get to shine on stage. But if this is the path that you chose and you have highly assessed it to be one without the option to turn around, go with it and give it your best shot.
The worst part of it all? You don't have the 'status', and anything happens, other than if he/she gets together with you, you're always on the losing end. Silly as we are, there are always bound to be those who does not mind being in love with somebody who might not or might be in love with them at all. Afterall, affairs of the heart is always a tough topic to catch. Luck, effort, and situations. It all depends on how well you grab the timing, and how well you perform. May the force be with you. HAHAHA.
Kinda distracted now with my final report and the pile of work my supervisor's stuffing me with. That's probably all my brain can afford to produce for now. Anything else want me to touch one, formspring me still! And more detailed topics please. General ones kinda vast in meaning.
Cheers for Chinese New Year too! Those who want come over my house to visit, take angbao and play mahjong, tell me! Signing off, love you guys.
