For sometimes, things only feel right when the right is wrong and right is wrong. That's how unique characters rose in history and changed the world's directions after all the rustle. Not encouraging more acts that are despised by the society, but it's important that you know what you're doing, why you're doing it for and who you're doing it for.

And for an addition for this post, as much as I don't have anymore brain juices to squeeze out, and I know this set of workout is kinda common, but I think a lot of amateur gym-goers don't know this.
If you're aiming for a pair of well-defined biceps, doing solely bicep curls is not enough. So here goes, today's about this workout called Cross Body Hammer Curl. It involves your forearm muscles as well as biceps. It's kinda for beginners but nevertheless a basic essential workout for your biceps. Short clip for referencing!
