Yea. That's their attitude I guess, but it actually is a challenge to every F&B restaurant I believe. If a customer's demanding or arrogant, even if they patronise Macdonalds, it will still be a problem that has to be faced by the staff there. It's about the way the staff are trained :) Serious? Hahaha. Tell me who you're luh! I'm not sure but I usually appear friendlier when there's more common terms to talk about? That's human nature, if you find somebody alike you, you'll find that it actually draws people closer.
