Went to school today. As usual, paid attention to RFA lesson. Power pack. CLSP lecture was a total failure after that, shan't elaborate. The lecture ended 15 minutes after it started due to connection problem and the lecturer announced that she'd video down the stuff to be taught instead.

Bus-ed home, and gymmed. Hit 20kg for dumbbell bench press. Powerpack session again hehe.

Abs, not going according to plan though. Will work harder next session.

Bathed after gym and bus-ed over to work. Late slightly again ._.(Y) Likea busy in the night.

Dead beat. Working 10.30am-11pm tomorrow. Buddha po pi me not busy tomorrow.
